Moldex Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in November 1997. Our main business activity is to recycle post industrial waste. We carry out repelletising, compounding and trading of all thermoplastic material
Moldex Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is certified with 9001 and 14001. Our management and employees are committed to provide quality products and services that exceed customer’s expectations. Our marketing strategy is to understand each customer’s unique business perspective thus providing specific solutions. We have high confident level to meet each individual’s needs.
We are an approved plastic recycler by the Department of Environment (JAS) and certified with the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). We are also the first plastic recycling company to obtained this EIA approval in the state of Johor, Malaysia.
We are also licenced under the royal Malaysian police for the collection of secondhand/scrap materials.
In conjunction with the global trend of Reduce , Reuse , Recycle, we repelletised collected waste into usable plastic resin. Our products could meet the ROHS (Restriction on Hazardous substances) test required by the plastic manufacturers widely in American, European and Japanese market.
We offer a complete in-house plastic recycling service to all types of plastic manufacturers and associated industries. Our service starts from the collection of the plastic scrap from customers, using our own fleet of vehicle, supplying bins and cages for the customers, to re-pellet of plastic scraps. Our in-house testing method on impact and melting index (MI) has further enhanced our commitment to provide quality products and services.

WE have our quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions completed in 2023. The Verification of the information is documented in our ISO 14064 Reporting Statement by British Standard International (bsi).
To fortify confidence in our Products, our core products namely, HIPS, PP and ABS are verified under the stringent principles, requirements and guidelines for the quantification and reporting of the carbon footprint in the ISO 14067 Reporting Statement.
We acknowledge the importance of monitoring our GHG emission and carbon footprint of our products. And with this certification, we hope to provide an easy access to the carbon footprint calculation for our esteemed customers.
